Looking for a way to bond with your little one while getting a great workout? Join our Mommy & Me Fitness Class this summer, a joyful outdoor experience designed to keep both moms and kids moving, laughing, and growing stronger together! No registration required, just bring your strollers, wagons, mats (not required), kids, and lots of energy!

Are you looking for an active, fun, safe, and learning environment for your homeschooler? ABC Kids Fitness Co-op is a great place to start. Our program is a structured physical education program for homeschool families that will not only help children grow physically, but also intellectually, socially, and spiritually.

Time: Fridays from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Fall Registration for High School Health & Physical Education
We're excited to announce the continuation of our High School Health & Physical Education class this fall! This course offers a fun, safe, interactive, and structured learning environment for teenagers. Our curriculum focuses on:

Healthy Lifestyle: Teaching the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Exercise Programs: Guiding students on how to develop effective exercise routines.

Sports Education: Providing comprehensive sports education.
Students will receive a full year credit towards their high school health and physical education requirements.
Registration Starts April 18th
